After an hour of investigation, the Kindle glitch has been resolved, and a brand-new version will be ready for you in approximately 48 hours. Please remember to log-into your account at Amazon and turn on the "Update Notifications" under "Manage my Device" so you receive it as soon as it becomes available.

Another option, of course, is EbookPie from FriesenPress which gives you the PDF to read with Adobe Digital Editions, an exact replica of the hard-copy interior of Beneath the Surface.

It has been brought to my attention, and I further confirmed for myself, that the formatting for my ebook is incorrect. 

If you have purchased an ebook copy, FriesenPress is working hard to resolve this issue, and an update will soon be available. However, in the mean time, I have the PDF version, which can be opened on any ereader, and I will provide you with that file until you receive the update.

I am so sorry to anyone who has been inconvenienced by this mishap. I assure we are working very hard to correct this issue.
